Announcing New & Expanded PSA Service Hubs

Earlier this year, we launched the Public Service Alliance (PSA): a nonpartisan prevention, crisis response, and resilience network for current and former public servants at every level of government, regardless of any political affiliation. We provide our users with free and affordable tools, services, and expert networks to:

  • Prevent and mitigate privacy, security, legal, and financial risks;
  • Respond to and rebuild from crises; and,
  • Enhance their personal and professional well-being and resilience over the long-term.

Since our launch, we've experienced significant demand that continues growing, with hundreds of users enrolling in our platform organically through word-of-mouth referrals, as we have intentionally not sought media attention.

Today, we are expanding our services to continue meeting this moment with speed and care through the following four service hubs, which can be accessed here. We will continue expanding the scope of services available via our hubs over the coming months.

New & Expanded Hubs:

  • Resource Hub (Expanded) — Essential information, for free
    Free vetted resources to stay informed and mitigate risk for yourself and your family via a nonprofit partner
  • Prevention & Security Hub (Expanded) — Your security starts with prevention
    Discounted privacy and security services, risk assessment tools, and access to security experts to increase your and your family’s security baseline
  • Crisis Response Hub (Expanded) — Expert help when you need it most
    Affordable access to legal and crisis communications experts to mitigate legal, reputational, and other risk
  • Well-Being & Resilience Hub (New) — Tools for personal & professional resilience
    Free and discounted resources to help you be at your best, including access to career coaches and well-being experts

We do not receive referral fees for connecting our users to third-party services and we grant fee waivers for our hubs upon request to help ensure that cost is not a barrier. You can learn more about our model via our FAQs.

We created PSA because public service is a patriotic calling, yet the people who serve or have served America are increasingly vilified instead of valued. Over the last decade, many have also faced an alarming increase in threats to their privacy, livelihoods, and family’s safety – simply for doing their jobs. As a country, we should be able to disagree without threatening lives. And we should provide those who serve with the resources they need to not only stay safe, but to also be at their best.

Take good care.
