Interactive Workshop On Collective Action for Systems Change with Otto Scharmer

Otto Scharmar, a senior lecturer at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and co-founder of the Presencing Institute and its u-school for Transformation, is a widely known teacher and leader in the world of systems change, presencing, and collective transformation in the Polycrisis.

At the base of Otto’s work and this workshop is the belief that:

1. You cannot change a system unless you transform consciousness.
2. You cannot transform consciousness unless you make a system see and sense itself.
3. You cannot do any of this unless you sense and presence the emerging future.

Otto’s workshop will emphasize skill development and introduce a blueprint for creating transformative social change and doing the needed inner work to fine-tune our attention, intention, and agency.
