As part of my purchase through PSA, I understand that I am seeking a 30-minute legal consultation with PSA’s National Coordinating Counsel (or its co-counsel) under the terms of the limited scope retainer agreement that I will sign before receiving the legal consultation. I understand that the consultation is limited to issues related to my current or former federal service, such as unlawful termination, receipt of a Congressional or law enforcement subpoena, or harassment. The consultation will not address issues unrelated to my current or former federal service, including but not limited to, trusts and estates issues, my pension, my healthcare benefits, business disputes, or personal automobile accidents.

I understand that my request for legal advice is privileged and that it will be sent directly to PSA’s National Coordinating Counsel and/or its co-counsel, and will not be shared with or stored by PSA. The National Coordinating Counsel may share aggregated, anonymized information back with PSA. If the information you share is further shared by you beyond this form, it may no longer be protected by attorney-client privilege.

I understand that after the 30-minute legal consultation, PSA’s National Coordinating Counsel may, but is not obligated to, provide me with the option to discuss my legal issues further with PSA’s National Coordinating Counsel (or co-counsel) and/or connect with another lawyer in PSA’s legal network that practices in an area that is relevant to my potential claim(s). I understand I may need a new retainer agreement for legal services beyond the 30 minute consultation. I understand that access to PSA’s legal network does not constitute a referral or solicitation of legal services and that I will not be further charged by PSA or PSA’s National Coordinating Counsel (or co-counsel) for being connected with a lawyer in PSA’s legal network.

I commit to not disclosing through this form any Confidential Unclassified Information (CUI) or other non-public information identified, such as For Official Use Only (FOUO) or Law Enforcement Sensitive (LES).

I understand that this is not a guarantee for a legal consultation. If PSA’s National Coordinating Counsel or its co-counsel is unable to provide a 30 minute consultation for any reason, PSA will discuss with me and may need to offer a refund of my user fee for this service. PSA is under no obligation to provide an alternate legal service provider.
